Common questions

Do you charge for the walkthrough?

No. We visit, look at the space and wiring paths, and send an itemized quote at no cost.

Can you hide wires in a finished home?

Usually, yes. We fish cable through walls, attics and crawl spaces, and patch small access holes neatly when we need them.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee for cameras?

Not with the systems we install. Recordings stay on a local recorder in your home or business, and you view them free from your phone.

Can I use equipment I already own?

Often. Tell us what you have and we'll let you know what can stay and what's worth replacing.

Do you work with builders on new construction?

Yes. Pre-wiring before drywall is the cleanest and most affordable time to run cable. We coordinate with your builder's schedule.

What happens if something stops working?

Call or text us. We support every system we install, and many issues can be fixed remotely.
